Refunds

No refund for the balance of a monthly plan is provided. Billing will cease at the end of the current billing period. 

If a charge is being disputed, please write to disputes@zing-work.com, providing detail on the charge and its date. Also provide the name of the business.

Returns

ZING sells business software online as a service. There are no physical products shipped and therefore there is nothing to return

Cancelations

To help us process cancellations smoothly, please send your request in writing by emailing winback@zing-work.com. Once we receive your email, we’ll reply with a short cancellation form for you to complete.

Your cancellation will be finalized after the required form has been fully completed and returned. If a request is made in another way, or the form is not completed, we won’t be able to formally process the cancellation.

Please note that services and billing will continue until the completed cancellation form is received and confirmed by our team.
