KIOSK
Our KIOSK is available on tablets and has multiple uses. It can be a standalone CX Survey at the Reception, or used for Clients Forms and Waivers. The KIOSK manages Client forms when they are pushed from the calendar and completed forms can be quickly viewed to gauge any special conditions fo the Client.

Client forms can be easily pushed to a tablet and given to the Client to complete. These could be waivers or valuable information about the client. Forms are then always attached to the Clients CRM.

Client's feedback to a service they have been provided is important in capturing the delivery from your staff and the opportunity to catch a complaint before it might escalate. CX Survey runs in the TEAM Mobile App KIOSK and is ideal to be placed at the reception, so Client feedback can be quickly and simply acquired through a single 5 star rating of the service they received.

Integrated with ZINGpay, take sales from your tablet using a bluetooth connected ZINGterminal. Great for outdoor events as well as busy clinics. All ZINGpay transactions run back to the local register and are identified easily during the end of day transaction posting.
